Building Great Products and Solutions

Recognizing such moments in 2024, let’s go through some of the best products and solutions the Mobmaxime team built. 

• Thrive Application Launch

In the works for 8 months, the Thrive CE team worked diligently on the application to get it approved and launched on the App Store and Google Play Store in October 2025. Followed by this, the team successfully released the application on both stores in November 2024. 

The app’s development was completed in September 2024, and it took the team only 2 months to get the app’s approval on the App Store and Play Store, which is nothing short of a remarkable achievement. 

At every juncture, the Thrive app team had the support and guidance of our CTO. 

Growing through Learning and Innovation

At Mobmaxime, every moment is a learning moment and an opportunity for us to innovate. We have built a team from the ground up with this thought process, which has helped us bring innovation into our products. Here are a few examples of how we learned and grew to become a better team in 2024. 

• HR Operations Streamlining: In our effort to streamline our efforts for a better organization, we implemented KEKA with the purpose of enhancing employee engagement. KEKA is helping the HR team simplify employee attendance, leave management, payroll, and performance reviews. 

• Launch of Monthly Newsletter: In June, we officially launched a monthly newsletter with the following purpose;
  • Share information and latest updates;
  • Bring forth our achievements;
  • Talk about the latest happenings and celebrations.

The newsletter is one of the ways, besides team meetings and open halls, that we have adopted to celebrate all milestones together and highlight team successes. Plans are set to take the newsletter one step further in 2025, as we will share more valuable insights in the coming months. 

• Node.js Learning Series: One of the ways Mobmaxime uses to share learnings is through live sessions. In November 2024, Jayvir Rathi led the Node.js learning sessions, and by the end of the year, he had already completed three sessions. Rest assured, more sessions will follow, and we will also bring forth more such learning options for our community. 

• FinderFish Team: The FinderFish Team and Drashti Board happened to be the key highlights in the month of October at Mobmaxime. We want to take this opportunity to give a special thanks to the Drashti Board for implementing the Riverpod architecture update. 

Even while writing about it, we feel pride about how the Drashti Board streamlined the application’s architecture making it more efficient and maintainable. 

Hemant Sharma has played a significant role in developing the project. He developed a dedicated package for object detection using YOLO source. It’s a feature replete with camera features and performance optimizations, which has fueled the application’s growth, capabilities, and improved user experience. 

Leading the Way with Leadership and Guidance

Amazing words by John C. Maxwell, companies need leaders like we have to lead the way and show the younger employees how it’s done. Mobmaxime is fortunate enough to have leaders who are ever-ready to help anyone and everyone in the organization. Here are a few highlights of 2024, where a few members of the Mobmaxime team set an example for everyone to be inspired and motivated. 

• CTO’s Ahmedabad Visit: Some people are born leaders, and others build themselves… We can say this is especially true for our CTO whose presence in the office lightens up the mood and motivates everyone to achieve what our CTO has achieved in a few years. 

In February 2024, our CTO visited the Ahmedabad office, sharing his valuable insights. He also talked about how Mobmaxime is shaping a better world with innovative leadership and technical expertise. 

• Special Contribution: Hemant Sharma deserves a special mention for his contributions and expertise in the Fit & Studio Republik project. His dedication towards the project, specifically the implementation of the Riverpod architecture update, has been instrumental in enhancing the application’s overall structure. 

If that’s not all, Hemant’s work on face detection and user identification features has streamline access to FitRepublik’s services, ensuring it’s more user-friendly and secure than before. 

Building Team Spirit with Cultural Celebrations and Events

Mobmaxime represents a melting pot of different cultures and ethnicities where everyone works together as a single unit. We celebrate and will continue to come together as a team to have fun with games and remember our history in order to become a better unit. 

Given the cultural versatility of our culture, every month gives us a reason to come together and celebrate. Keeping up with these spirits, Mobmaxime team celebrated Republic Day, Women’s Day, Independence Day, Navratri, Diwali, Men’s Day, and Christmas with special events, recognitions, and team get-togethers. 

In addition to these Mobmaxime’s Annual Sports Day was celebrated with a Box Cricket Tournament. Different teams competed in multiple friendly cricket matches with the winning teams taking home rewards and all teams cherished with unforgettable memories. 

July 2024 is the month when Mobmaxime completed 11 years of its establishment. In these years, we have grown from a few people to a team of more than 100 people. It wasn’t easy achieving this milestone, but the journey was worth the result. Marking our 11 years of success, the entire Mobmaxime team went on an annual trip to Kumbhalgarh.

2024 was indeed a remarkable year for Mobmaxime. These 12 months were marked by innovation, growth, and camaraderie, an amazing combination that we have achieved this year. From achieving major milestones to fostering a culture of celebration and excellence, the company is poised to achieve even greater heights in 2025.
